These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aura Automation's website, AI voice receptionist services, and related offerings (collectively, "Services") provided by Aura Automation ("we", "us", "our"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Aura Automation provides AI-powered voice receptionist services, including inbound call handling, appointment booking, SMS and email confirmations, and related automation tools for service-based businesses.
To use paid Services, you must provide accurate business information, a valid payment method, and authorization to act on behalf of your business. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Monthly service: $497 per month, billed monthly in advance.
Minimum commitment: 3 months from the date of activation.
Setup: Included at no cost with an active monthly subscription.
Payment: First month is due at signup to activate Services. Subsequent months are auto-billed on the monthly anniversary.
Late payment: Services may be suspended if payment is not received within 5 days of the billing date.
You may cancel Services at any time after the 3-month minimum by providing written notice to jacob@auraautomation.co at least 7 days before your next billing date.
90-day performance guarantee: If within the first 90 days of service, your AI receptionist does not generate booking revenue exceeding your subscription fees paid to date, we will refund your most recent month's payment. Claim must be submitted in writing with supporting booking records.
No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
The Services may not be used to transmit unsolicited marketing messages, robocalls outside of legal frameworks, fraudulent content, or any messages that violate carrier guidelines. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.
Our Services rely on third-party platforms including HighLevel, Twilio, and Google. We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or service degradation caused by third-party providers, though we will work in good faith to restore functionality promptly.
All software, AI models, scripts, and system configurations created by Aura Automation remain our intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during your subscription period. Call transcripts and customer data you provide remain your property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Automation's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific booking outcomes, or that the AI will perform without errors. We do not guarantee any particular revenue outcome beyond the 90-day performance guarantee explicitly stated above.
You agree to indemnify and hold Aura Automation harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.
